Delivery Information
We currently deliver within Cyprus and the rest of Europe.
For Cyprus, there are two delivery options to choose from as follows:
- Cyprus Courier Pick-Up €2.50
- Cyprus Home Delivery €4.00
Spirit & Soap offers FREE delivery within Cyprus on all orders above €60. Free shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.
All orders within Cyprus are shipped by Akis Express on weekdays only (Monday to Friday, except public holidays). Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery time for Home Delivery is between 1 to 2 working days to the indicated shipping address if order is placed before 2:00 PM. For Courier Pick-Up orders, your products will be available for pick up at the nearest Akis Express office to the shipping address provided during checkout the next business day if order is placed before 2:00 PM. In busy seasons, such as Christmas, delivery times may increase. If you have a preference of a specific Akis Express office, please leave a note during checkout.
For orders to be shipped in Europe, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order. Orders are shipped by Cyprus Post Registered Service and a tracking number is made available and shared with you via email.
Return Policy
All products are carefully packed and dispatched in excellent condition.
EU customers: In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. Please note that sealed cosmetic and hygiene products which have been opened after delivery are exempt from this right for hygiene reasons. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If your order contains a damaged or defective item, you may return the product (shipping charges borne by the customer) and we will make all possible efforts to replace it or reimburse you.
